Community Health Systems Resource Group
The Community Health Systems Resource Group (CHSRG) has been an active part of SickKids for more than a decade and is a natural extension of the Hospital’s commitment to innovation and outreach. The group represents dedicated health systems scientists who conduct research and offer education and outreach programs on the health and well-being of children.
Community agencies, professional organizations and government services partner with the group for a wide range of issues, including eating disorders, aggression and violence, immigrant and refugee children and youth, and evidence-based measurement and interventions in child and youth mental health.
Working with more than 1,000 community partners, the CHSRG conducts research, shares information and builds community capacity on issues that affect children, including home life, school, peer relationships and health.
